The Design Suspension Density's Auto-control System In The Coal Preparation Plant Of Linhuan

Spot-inspection was born in the late twentieth century, implementation of inspection system has brought great economic benefits to the enterprise, and has also significantly reduced equipment maintenance costs. The point inspection management methods were earliest introduced to China's electric power companies, with the point inspection of the management system of continuous improvement in the power system, the implementation of the management of the device greatly reduces the failure in production. In recent years,many other industries are gradually adopting this method.As the rationality of this management method has been fully affirmed in the power industry, together with the development of computer network technology.Point inspection equipment management system is a scientific and perfect management system,which profoundly reflects the relations of the people (organization of production) and equipment, equipment and production relations in the large-scale industrial production conditions, and fully reflects the Prevention-oriented and full management thinking. This management method is the most effective and economical equipment management system at this stage. The management system transmits the daily spot check of data and online monitoring of data to the computer through online and offline methods, and deals with the point of inspection work through database software and management software. This system modify and analysis the point inspection results through online data collection, and then to develop real-time point inspection program.This thesis is in the background of the co-operation project (Research of Equipment Spot-inspection Management System In The Coal Preparation Plant Of Linhuan) in Anhui Universtiy of Science&Techlology and Huaibei Mining Group,I have discussed a Point inspection equipment management system which is suitable for the Coal Preparation Plant Of Linhuan combined with the Linhuan Coal existing production. This paper first describes the role and significance of spot-inspection; The author analyzes in detail the strcture and function of centralized control system of Linhuan Coal, and the author classified the whole plant equipment according to the requirements of Inspection System, then determined the corresponding point inspection style according to different types of devices;Next the author introduced the formulation of standards of equipment spot-inspection, and take the 3001 raw coal belt conveyor as an example to established its point inspection standards;Finally, the author describes the development of point detection system design process,and described in detail the function of spot-inspection on-line monitoring system about the coal preparation plant of Linhuan 3001 belt conveyor.At last, the author summarizes the importance of study in this paper,and point out the problems which needed to improve.Figure 33 table 6 reference 49...
