First, the paper describes the background and meaning of the topic, analyzes the current situation status of domestic spot inspection management system. Then the feasibility analysis for the system is introduced, and the WEB-based tool used by management information systems, JAVA and SQL server database technology. Following is the main content of the paper, the design of spot inspection management system. The design is divided into three main steps:database design, configuration software IFix communication with the database, B/S architecture equipment point check system programming design. Database design in accordance with the general process:demand analysis, conceptual design, structure design, and finally implementation.The last is the spot inspection management system design and programming, the core content of the paper. The realization of the design not only solved the client/server (C/S) model spot inspection system defects, also convenient for the operator to the system upgrade and maintenance of late.
