Equipment check system, a set of equipment management system with inspection at the core, originated in Japan. The system has brought great economic benefits to the enterprise, and has also significantly reduced equipment maintenance costs. The point inspection management methods were earliest introduced to China's electric power companies, with the point inspection of the management system of continuous improvement in the power system, the implementation of the management of the device greatly reduces the failure in production. In recent years, many other industries are gradually adopting this method.As the rationality of this management method has been fully affirmed in the power industry, together with the development of computer network technology. The point inspection management method in the use of coal preparation plant is developed in recent years, the use of it is not widely. Many coal preparation plants still adopt the traditional manual check system.This method is not only time-consuming, laborious and poor results.With the further development of the computer network technology, and the widely used of equipment check management system, the system of coal preparation plants is gradually improved, it also improves the maintenance of equipment, so reduces the damage of equipment and improves the productivity.To aim at the existing control system in Lin huan Coal Preparation Plant, meeting the needs of working equipment management at the same time, a B/S-Architecture temporary casual equipment management system has been designed. First, the paper describes the background and meaning of the topic, analyzes the current situation status of domestic spot inspection management system. Then the feasibility analysis for the system is introduced, and the WEB-based tool used by management information systems, JAVA and SQL server database technology. Following is the main content of the paper, the design of spot inspection management system. The design is divided into three main steps:database design, configuration software IFix communication with the database, B/S architecture equipment point check system programming design. Database design in accordance with the general process:demand analysis, conceptual design, structure design, and finally implementation.The last is the spot inspection management system design and programming, the core content of the paper. The realization of the design not only solved the client/server (C/S) model spot inspection system defects, also convenient for the operator to the system upgrade and maintenance of late.
