The paper studies the hydraulic tension device of Belt Conveyor. Simulate the operating condition for hydraulic tension device of Belt Conveyor, which form start to the stable operation, by the dynamic simulation Environment of Simulink under MATLAB environment. It's can provide a precondition for the Study on Design and Theory of hydraulic tension device and afford a safe and stable running guarantee for the Belt Conveyor.Belt conveyor, as the most favorable and most efficient equipment in the exploitation of coal resources, which has some merits not only long convey distance, large capacity, continuous transportation, reliability but also auto-control, centralize control. The tension device as an important component is important in belt conveyor drive system, which can not only to provide adequate force for the normal operation of Belt Conveyor, compensation Elastic spread for conveying belt, also may be make necessary stroke arrangements for the connection afresh of Belt Conveyor.In recent years, as the coal mine production getting to a tendency of great size and large tonnage, the capacity of transportation was improvement underground and the mine passage of expanded, which the much higher request is bring up for the tension device of Belt Conveyor. The Traditional mechanical tension device of fixed position and heavy hammer tension device which is unfit table for the long distance requirement of Belt Conveyor. So the tension device need develop along the force can adjust, Real-Time Monitor, quickly response and the operation is safe.This paper introduces the conveyor belt dynamic model and analytical method. It analyzed the model of hydraulic tension device of Belt Conveyor and Relative Theory. Besides, the relational parameters of Belt Conveyor which form start to worked normally such as speed, acceleration, start-time are decided. Designed and optimize the tension device, and finally the simulation for the hydraulic tension device of Belt Conveyor.This research is proceeding strictly according to the simulation. The hydraulic tension device model is established through simplifying the hydraulic tension device of Belt Conveyor. Also the block diagram of system, computation of transfer function, related parameters of input and finally simulates the hydraulic tension system on the simulink. The results show that the correctness and the feasibility of hydraulic tension system, and result is useful to the design of the tension device of Belt Conveyor.Figure [36] Table [3] Reference [59]...
