With the development of technology, smart composite as a new kind of materials has a great potential application in various fields. The so-called smart material integrates advanced composites with the sensing elements and driving elements, when the internal conditions and external environment had changed, it would adjust the structure automatically, adapts the overall structure to the most good or better conditions. So in the high-tech field, especially in the aerospace industry, it demonstrates the wide application prospect.In this article, SMA wire was integrated with a resin-based composite material to form a laminate structure. Using finite element software, to simulate the driving deformation process of the laminated composite plate.Then made the corresponding specimen, did the deformation experiments. Finally, designed the control system, studied the control properties of the shape memory alloy integrated in the composite. Specific contents are as follows:Fundamental research: study the basic concepts of shape memory alloy and its features, trigger mode, as well as the constitutive equation was used to analyze the response speed, tabled a proposal for improving speed. Shape memory alloy materials test of performance parameters. The numerical finite element software was used to simulate process of the entire drive. Shape memory alloys and composites integration test board of the design and production, and the preliminary overall bending test: Referring the simulation results and according to the relevant theoretical parameters, to design and produce the test panels; test platform to build on the overall production of test specimens. DSP control system was adopted to carry out angle deflection control experiments: According to the conclusions of previous simulations and experiments, to select the appropriate control program, and designed a control system to control the angle deflection within 0°~15°, achieved the control experiment with the angle of 6°, verfied the probability of controlling SMA's drive, and laid a solid foundation for future research..
