This innovative point is: (1) Under the condition of microwave synthesis and separation; phenolic-aldehyde; (2) Water soluble but temporary less resistant to water washing flame retardant synthesis and application research.The main research contents as follows: utilization intermediates the synthesis and characterization of 2,6-diformy-4-methoxyl phenol: microwave conditions with trifluoroacetic acid as a solvent urotropin oxidation of methoxyphenol derivatives synthesis 2,6-diformy-4-methoxyl phenol, Then on the NMR characterization, And again on this foundation synthesis explored of 2,6-diformyl-4-methyl phenol, 2,4,6-triformyl phenol, and 2,6-diformyl-4-Bromine phenol.Flame retardant PNX synthesis and characterization, Use of improved Mannich reaction, let melamine, diethyl phosphite and 2,6-diformy-4-methoxyl phenol reaction synthesis of a kind of new compounds, and carries on the flame retardancy finishing cotton research. Research of flame retardant PNX about retardant fire mechanism:(1) with TG-DTG technology research and flame retardant cotton thermal decomposition temperature, maximum thermal starting weight loss rate peak temperature, maximum thermal weightlessness rate and 800℃under the residues of parameters, such as comparison, as flame retardant mechanism provides the basic data; The theoretical calculation of the preliminary research and puts forward in the flame retardant cotton PNX flame retardancy finishing mechanism.
