Cardiovascular disease is a serious disease to human health, especially in middle-aged people, it is a high proportion in incidence. At present, a wide rang of research are involved in cardiovascular drugs and its prevention and treatment, but it is difficult to make clear the deep causes. The technique of fluorescence probe is a new type of detection which is developed in recent years, it has a good prospects in disease diagnosis, mechanism, trace detection and other fields. In this thesis, we choose antihypertensive drugs as the guide molecular, by way of coupling, we linked the antihypertensive drugs to fluorescence molecular, and shape a new type of fluorescence probe, we expect that the fluorescence probe will be used in the clinical diagnose and treatment of cardiovascular disease. In this thesis, we adopt the method of fluorescent labeling technology, dibazol fluorescent derivatives (DI-1); (DI-2); (DI-3) were synthesized through reacting with 5-dimethylamino-l-naphthalene sul-fonyl chloride (DNS), their spectroscopic properties were investigated by the UV-Visible and the fluorescence spectra. The DI-1 cell imaging experiments demonstrated that this fluorescent compound is membrane permeable and biocompatible.Afterward, we linked the molecule of hydralazine and fluorescence, and obtained a series of fluorescence compounds which using hydralazine as guide (Hy-1),(Hy-2),(Hy-3'),we use UV-Visible and fluorescence spectra to investigate these compounds, the cell imaging experiment demonstrated that (Hy-1),(Hy-3') which have good fluorescence properties have character of permeable and biocompatible.
