Along with sewage treating technology energetically develop,Membrane bioreactor (MBR) due to better treatment effect, covering an area of less advantages increasingly concerned. Sequencing batch type of membrane bioreactor (SBMBR) compared with traditional MBR has better effect on simultaneous nutrients removal. This topic research aim is to study SBMBR related mathematical model and reaction kinetics model,and seek optimum operation parameters. Hoping to help the process engineering application and engineering example optimized operation and offer reference theory basis.This topic research adopts sequencing batch type of membrane bioreactor processes. With urban sewage as the research object and using the method of mass balance, the mass balance relationship in the SBMBR is observed. The organic matter degradation model and the dynamic model of microbial proliferation were established. According to the data of experiment microbial growth dynamics model constants Y and kd were discussed. Kinetic constants of Vmax and Ks were solved in this study.The study in this paper showed that kinetic constants of Vmax and Ks in the SBMBR are quite different than using conventional activated sludge. Kinetic constants and dynamic relationship can provide the design basis for the engineering application.With the aid of PLC experimental device automatic control system was designed. Automatic control for experimental device was realized.The study of effect of operation showed that after treatment, the average COD removal rate is 93.1%, and maximum removal rate is 96%. The average NH3-N removal rate is 90.4%, and maximum removal rate is 93%.the average TP removal rate is 79%, and maximum removal rate is 84%. The control system can be directly applied in engineering, and has control of flexible and high reliability etc.
