Study On The Planning And Construction System Of Weifang Ecological Wetlands Along The Rivers

City as the center of politics, economy and civilization plays an important part in human development and proliferation. But the contradiction between development of city economic and greenbelt ecological environment emerged due to rapid process of urbanization since Reform and Open Policy. For this reason, planning review of city greenbelt ecological environment is put on the agenda. Planning review of foresight, regional and typical city river ecological wetland becomes necessary.This article talks about the necessity to plan and develop the ecological wetland of the urban river, summarizes relative concepts of wetland and the ecological wetland of the urban river, connecting its current development situation and research progress ,studies and finds the problems that exist in disciplinary research and planning and construction, based on landscape ecology, inverse planning and recreation management, summarizes general principles for supplement. On the basis of the oretical analysis, combining plan and design experience with the natural, economic condition and five-element amorous feelings culture of Weifang, Shandong province form the general procedures for the construction of overall planning of the ecological wetland of the urban river. First, clearly know design requirement and form the design plan; second, determine the design content and complete the site assessment; third, associate data collection to determine the planning area problems; fourth, complete the site specific data collection to complete the master plan; forth, based on the overall planning, detailed planning completed; sixth, estimate of funds to complete the project drawings; seventh, prepare for the site and construction of the project and solve the relates problems; eighth, think about the post-operation management and maintenance after completion of the project's planning area; ninth, make the latter part of river ecosystem assessment of wetlands. The expected target is raised to achieve "integrate theory with practice", "combination of landscape planning, ecological construction and scientific management".This comprehensive research paper can provide reference for planning review and development management of city river ecological wetland.
