| Floodplain wetland is a bottomland adjacent to the main channel of the riverbed which is submerged in flood season and emerged in non-flood season.It has complicated eco-system and is influenced by human activities and flood disturbance.With development of urbanization,human activities have an increasing impact on it.Appropriation of land to destroy ecology and increasingly severe ecological degradation lead to gradually losing functions of ecological conservation,flood diversion and storage and recreation.How to restore the damaged floodplain ecosystem is the focus of this paper and is of great significance on future direction of development.Through reading a large number of pertinent literatures on natural rivers,wetland restoration and urban water front,I find that the research focuses on landscape design or simple ecological restoration and the research on the integration is blank.Although comprehensive research slightly increased in recent years,the multidisciplinary research cannot be achieved because of limits between disciplines.Meanwhile,case studies at different scales,such as Kissimmee River in U.S.,Las Vegas Wash in U.S.and Youth Olympic Park in Nanjing show that actual case operation placed emphasis on restoration or landscape construction.Although there is a certain form of integration,research and practice on combination of the hydrological laws and restoration on floodplain wetland and landscape planning.On this basis,this paper studies the system of comprehensive restoration and development of floodplain wetland.The planning system consists of a rational partition system based on Least Resistance Pattern,a continuous water system suitable for flood change,a well-arranged topographic system,a local plant restoration system,a road system adapted to the water level change,and a set of leisure systems in integrated arrangement.It can solve the landscape image of flood plain wetland affected by flood and have the functions of both hydrology and ecological restoration of flood control at the same time to achieve the fusion of landscape,ecology and hydrology.It is of great significance on ecological restoration of floodplain wetland and landscape planning.At last,on the basis of the above theoretical methods,this paper uses the Daan floodplain wetland as the practical case to carry out the practical research.Jilin Daan Nenjiang Bay Wetland,the important floodplain wetland on Nenjiang basin,locates on downstream of Nenjiang River and adjacent to Daan urban area,a total of 19.98 square kilometers.It was typical floodplain wetland in the Northeast before 1990 s.However,perennial agricultural and animal husbandry production leads to wetland degradation year by year and serious wetland desertification.The plan simulate the horizontal ecological process of water factor by Least Resistance Pattern and put wetland protection zones and corresponding protection and development strategy into effect based on it.Plan rolling topography in order to control water space types under different flood periods.Connect water system to increase the water channel of Nenjiang River,install Reservoir Lake to form continuous water network,introduce representative plants on Songnen Plain Wetland to restore wetland plant community step by step,introduce red-crowned crane and other birds to build complete chain,plan elevated road system to avoid disturbance to the wetland environment of floodplain,and organize nomadic cultural activities of different intensities according to different regional characteristics.Through repair and construction by stages,wetland ecological restoration and image of landscape recreation can be achieved.The paper reasonably balanced the contradiction between restoration of ecological system of floodplain wetland and public recreation.Research on comprehensive restoration and development system can realize the win-win of ecological restoration and landscape planning development. |
