In recent years, as citizens strengthening of environmental protection consciousness, the understanding of pollution of more and more profound . Ammonia nitrogen value as one of the water quality evaluation indexes is getting more and more attention.But in the present domestic high-end market, the foreign ammonia nitrogen online detector is still occupies a leading position.Therefore, to develop a new ammonia nitrogen on-line detector with function stability, price cheap, which can change the domestic sewage ammonia nitrogen detector the position of submissive,is particularly important.By comprehensive discussing the current widespread use of ammonia nitrogen testing principle and methods,the ammonia sensitive electrode with the more popular and the most potential is chosen as ammonia nitrogen on-line detection methods. The whole system gets the change of electrode voltage by the ammonia sensitive electrode because of ammonia nitrogen concentration, and gets the temperature of testing by the temperature sensors, calculates in sewage ammonia nitrogen values by applying the Nernst equation. The system through the I/O controls the motor to control the electrodes in motion, making electrodes in detecting process through the agitation make sure the ammonia nitrogen of sewage fully make reaction, also through agitation fully wash the electrode in clean water after completion. This article basically realized the purpose of ammonia nitrogen on-line detection in sewage.The key technologies of research in sewage ammonia nitrogen on-line detection method is mainly explore the embedded technology application in the ammonia nitrogen on-line detection, and get the best solution. This paper is mainly learning and application based on the Smart ARM 2200, using embedded operating system——μClinux completion the acquisition and processing of the ammonia sensitive electrode signals and temperature signal,as well as the operation on GPIO. This paper mainly completed the electrode signal processing, motor control, development environment platform, the kernel compiler transplantation and interface system application. In the graphical user interface system MiniGUI realize data acquisition, data processing,data display and man-machine interactive operation. This paper is mainly a probe of the embedded technology in ammonia nitrogen on-line detection and water quality of inspection. It gives a preliminary program for the embedded application in water quality inspection, lay the foundation for improving our country in water quality inspection of subordinate position.
