The emission of odor gas has affect the health of people's physical and mental,and as a new pollution has been attracted attention of people more and more. The paper is studied on the remove of refuse gas from baking Tobacco in the cigarette factory, methyl sulfide is chosen as typical gas, using a synergistic system of catalyst and discharge plasma to remove the methyl sulfide gas. The following three aspects are studied in this thesis :(1)the impact of different factors on the removal efficiency of methyl sulfide gas, and in different factors, the relations between removal efficiency and time ;(2)detecting and analyzing the reaction products of the removal, and discussing the reaction mechanism for elementary ;(3) research the load of active ingredient between different catalyst.According to the experiment of methyl sulfide gas, it is concluded that the synergistic system of catalyst and discharge plasma gains a much higher removal efficiency, in contrast with solo plasma treatment .The effective ingredient of the catalyst is the Active ingredient but not the carrier,The decision factor of the activity of the catalytic is the type of active ingredient, the concentration of active ingredients has little effect . The experiment shows that the removal efficiency increases with peak voltage imposed on the reactor increased, and residence time extended, and the concentration of the Oxygen increased. In different factors, there has little difference between removal efficiency and time.Analyzing the reaction products of the removal by GC-MS, removal on the synergistic system of catalyst and discharge plasma, one part of methyl sulfide gas molecules was oxidized to the corresponding oxidation products by the high-energy particles,the active particles,ozone . Another part was generated into corresponding polymers. From deriving the reaction mechanism, ozone plays an important role in the oxidation reaction.By XRD, the surface of catalyst is detected. The difference of the load of active ingredient is larger between different types of active ingredient, but little difference on different concentrations of active ingredients.
