Room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber adhesives (RTV-1 SRA) has excellent heat resistance, low temperature resistance, insulation, chemical stability, non-toxicity. It is convenient for using because of its curing at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, have been widely used in architecture, auto, electron, machine, chemistry and so on. Especially alcohol type RTV-1 SRA also has advantages of small taste and non-corrosion.In this paper, different catalytic system RTV-1 SRA were prepared withα,ω-hydroxy terminated silicone, fillers, crosslinker, silane coupling agent, catalyst. Effects of every component on curing time, shear strength and store life of different catalytic system RTV-1 SRA were studied. The results indicated that blended fillers of SiO2/CaCO3, could efficiently enhance shear strength of RTV-1 SRA. And KH560 had the same effect as the blended fillers. ND catalytic system RTV-1 SRA had excellent store life and quick cure time. Organometallic catalytic system RTV-1 SRA had adjustable cure time.The high temperature resistant property of different catalytic system RTV-1 SRA was studied in the paper. The results showed that the high temperature resistant property of organometallic catalytic system RTV-1 SRA was better than that of ND catalytic system RTV-1 SRA. Heat resistant additives, including TiO2, Fe2O3, ZnO, SnO2, could improve the high temperature resistant property of adhesive, and TiO2 had the best effect.
