Silicone rubber with special chain structure has good resistance to high temperature.However,with the rapid development of aerospace,more requirement for silicone rubber were put forward.Currently,traditional silicone rubber has been unable to meet the current demand.Therefore,the research on the modification of silicone rubber is widely expanded.In this paper,octahydridospherosiloxane?T8H8?,octakis?hydroidmethylsiloxy?octasilsesquioxane and polyvinyltetraphenylphenylsiloxane were successfully synthesized.ond the best experimental conditions were determined.The structure and thermal property were characterized by means of FTIR,XRD,1HNMR,TRo.The effect of different formula on heat resistant of rubber were investigated.In this paper,room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber?RTV?was prepared by hydrosiylation reaction of polymethyl-vinyl siloxane rubber as basic gum,T8H8 as crosslinking agent,polyvinyltetraphenylphenylsiloxane as heat-resistant additive and Pt catalyst under room temperature.Continue to add silica,metal oxide and silicone resin.The effects on the properties of silicone rubber were studied.Without adding no additives,T8H8as crosslinking agent,the decomposition temperature can reach 415.18?.Compared with the hydrogen silicone oil?PMHS?,the decomposition temperatture of polymethyl-vinyl siloxane rubber increased 38?.Octa?hydrodimethylsiloxy?octasilsesquioxane as crosslink,decomposition temperature can reach 431.85?.Compared with PMHS,the decomposition temperatture increased 54.43?.Plyvinyltetraphenylphenylsiloxane as heat resistant additives,decomposition temperature can reach 449.06?.Compared with PMHS,the decomposition temperature increased 71.64?.The thermal stability of silicone rubber is significantly improved by means of the crosslinking agent with the above self-synthesis.Continue adding reinforcing filler,metal oxides,the descomposition temperature of the silicone rubber can reach 489.77?,the temsile strength was 1.42MPa,the shear strength was 1.80MPa.
