Since the graphene nanosheets (GNs) was successfully fabricated by Geim andco-worker in2004, many scholars devoted to the study of GNs due to its unique physical,chemical, and mechanics properties. In this paper, we first use two kinds of methods forpreparation of GNs. One of the methods is the graphite paper (GP) as rew materials usingelectrochemical method for the preparation of E-GNs; Another method fabricatedcore-shell nanostructure graphene/βSiC whisker (G-βSiC_w) with βSiC_was rew materialsusing heated method for SiC. Then, the PANI/E-GNs/GP and PANI/G-βSiC_w/GP flakycomposite electrodes were fabricated on the base of E-GNs and G-βSiC_wby potentiostaticelectrodeposition methods. The means of XRD, Raman, FTIR,FESEM,HRTEM wereadopted for characterizing. Electrochemical properties were investigated by CV andelectrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results suggested that E-GNs exhibited the thin wrinkled structure; the G-βSiC_wformed core-shell structure, the graphene about seven layers formed on the outer surfaceof βSiC_w. The photos of FESEM could showed PANI was well uniformly distributed onthe E-GNs/GP and G-βSiC_w/GP. It seems that the G-βSiC_wprovides a conductive gatewayfor the eletrodeposition of PANI, the PANI could grow along G-βSiC_w. The depositedPANI on the E-GNs/GP and G-βSiC_w./GP electrodes have the loose porous structure,whichis beneficial for the conduction of ion in the eletrolyte.The CV and EIS tests suggested the E-GNs electrode, G-βSiC_welectrode,PANI/E-GNs/GP flaky composite electrode and PANI/G-βSiC_w/GP flaky compositeelectrode have good performance of supercapacitor behaviors. Because thePANI/E-GNs/GP and PANI/G-βSiC_w/GP showed constraint capacitance properties, thespecific capacitance is bigger than the E-GNs and G-βSiC_welectrode showing doublelayer capacitors, The E-GNs and G-βSiC_welectrode showed the specific capacitance ashigh as28.6F/g and3.6F/g at0.02V/s, respectively. The PANI/E-GNs/GP andPANI/G-βSiC_w/GP flaky composite electrode showed the specific capacitance as high as217.6F/g (0.609F/cm~2) and219F/g (0.483F/cm~2) at0.02V/s, respectively. The EIS showed the resistance of G-βSiC_welectrode was smaller than the resistance of βSiC_welectrode, the resistance of PANI/G-βSiC_w/GP electrode was smaller than the resistance ofPANI/βSiC_w/GP electrode, indicating the better conductivity of G-βSiC_wthan βSiC_w.
