Since the liquor industry was caught in the storm of plasticizer,plasticizer has been detected in beverages,infant beverages,soy sauce,vinegar and other condiments,and even drugs,so it can be seen that the harm of plasticizer has completely penetrated into our daily life.The overflow of plasticizer has spread to every detail of People's Daily life,which poses a great challenge to the existing detection methods.At present,there is no method and standard for the detection of plasticizer in liquor in China.Therefore,the establishment of low cost,fast and high sensitivity plasticizer detection method is imminent.Based on the research and development of a plasticizer detection method with high sensitivity,rapid and low cost,this paper developed a detection method based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and studied a rapid detection method of plasticizer in liquor.The main results are as follows:1.In this paper,graphene working electrode was prepared from petroleum waste,and the optimal conditions for preparation of graphene nanometer electrode were optimized.Graphene nanometer electrode was synthesized by thermal cracking reaction in one step.The electrochemical electrode of nano-modified composite graphene was synthesized by using nano-modified silicon dioxide?SiO2?as a high inert material.2.A three-electrode system was used to characterize and optimize the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy?EIS?signal of plasticizer in liquor.The phthalate esters were used as the target detector,the impedance data were collected by standard addition method,and the potential interferers in actual samples were analyzed.The equivalent circuit was simulated and the total plasticizer content was quantitatively characterized.3.To eliminate the interference of metal ions in liquor to plasticizer detection on the premise of ensuring higher sensitivity.The experimental results showed that the graphite bar was used as the working electrode to pretreat the wine samples to be tested,and the steady state polarization was conducted under-0.1V vs Ag/AgCl,which could effectively adsorb the metal ions in the liquor or reduce the metal ions adsorbed on the surface of the graphite working electrode.4.Through the established electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis method,three kinds of liquor collected in the market were actually detected and compared with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the relative value error of the two methods was<10%.EIS detection method can be applied to the rapid detection of plasticizer in liquor in the absence of sample preprocessing,with a detection limit of 0.024 ng/L,a linear range from 2.22 ng/L to1.11 ng/L,and a single detection time of no more than 3min.In conclusion,the graphene electrochemical sensor was prepared from petroleum waste and successfully applied to the rapid detection of plasticizer in liquor.This study not only established a rapid detection method,but also provided a research idea for the rapid detection equipment of liquor plasticizer.
