In this paper, we use PF and fast-growing wood to make fast-growing wood PF product layerboard accord with the actual requirement and explore the influence of impregnation process andhot-pressing process on slab thickness, bending elastic modulus, bending static music intensity,impact resistance strength, compression strength and flame retardant performance properties.And trying to find the best hot-pressing process, in order to achieve in meet the requirements ofproduction process and reduce the cost to improve efficiency. The results are as follows:In the same production process, various materials for the production have certain influenceon slab density effect. The ratio of influence is Gmelinaarborea<poplar<miscellaneous woodone<miscellaneous wood two. Different materials have different compression ratio. In thesame process, the compression ratio of Gmelinaarborea is the largest and the compression ratioof poplar is the smallest.The weight increase rate of veneer has certain relations with dipping times and dipping gluesolid content. Fitting curve of veneer weight increase rate and solid content of dipping glue is y=-0.4118x~2-0.1643x+26.006. Fitting curve of veneer weight increase rate and dipping time isy=-0.1639x~2+2.2345x+14.881. The surface wettability has some difference under thedifferent solid content of solid glue dipping. When the content solid of dipping glue is25%, thedecline of surface wetting angle is51.29%. The decline was minimal. When dipping glue solidcontent was25%, various performances can reach a better level.Tree species and hot pressing pressure have certain effect to the various properties of the slab.Among them, hot pressing pressure have significant influence on slab density, MOR, MOE andimpact resistance, but have little influence on water absorption, compressive strength, anddynamic contact angle.In total, hot-pressing temptation is the biggest influence. According to the analysis anddesign optimization experiment and the production practice, we can get the conclusion: Intheory, the optimum process is hot-pressing temperature150℃, hot-pressing pressure10.5MPa, hot pressing time1.2min/mm. Considering the cost and production, the optimumprocess is hot-pressing temperature:150℃, hot-pressing pressure9.5MPa, hot pressing timemin/mm.
