With the development of industries,ultrafitration membrane plays an important role in wastewater treatment.Currently poly sulfone (PSF) ultrafiltration membrane can only deal with the waste water below 50℃,it cannot be applied to deal with temperatures of around 90℃water, and poly (pothalazinone ether sulfone ketone) membrane solubility is poor, rigid, brittle. Therefore,this paper examines the new materials, poly (aryl ether sulfone ketone) (PAESK) of the membrane preparation process and its preparation method, hoping for high temperature waste water treatment.Poly(aryl ether sulfone ketone material preparation, this choice of a simple monomer bisphenol A, bisphenol fluorene, on a bit of dichloro-diphenyl sulfone and benzophenone fluoride as raw material, two-step synthesis of poly(aryl ether sulfone ketone) ( PAESK) materials investigated the relationship between reaction time and viscosity, with the agent of choice, which leads to polymerization and the amount of N2 in the relationship between bisphenol A and bisphenol fluorene ratio between the performance of the membrane effects of bisphenol A and bisphenol fluorene ratio of the thermal properties, mechanical properties and molecular weight effects. Experiments and studies have shown that when the reaction time of 4h., N2 flow pressure conditions 0.016MPa, bisphenol fluorene: bisphenol A molar ratio of 0.5:3.5, the viscosity, suitable for preparation of high performance membrane. Polymer intrinsic viscosity of 0.55 to 0.6 (best performance of the membrane viscosity), glass transition temperature of 268.6℃, soluble N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP), N-ethyl acetamide (DMAc), chloroform and other organic solvents. FT-IR, 1HNMR, XRD tests to prove the same polymer structure and design.PAESK/TiO2 membrane preparation process and properties, with the liquid - solid phase inversion method to low-toxic, acid, salt and thermal stability polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as additive PAESK membrane preparation, research the composition of casting solution, the amount of additives, temperature bath gel, bath gel temperature on the diffusion coefficient, TiO2 dosage and other factors on the membrane performance. By SEM, the water contact angle, pure water flux, BSA retention rate, performance testing under high temperature conditions that can be used for high temperature ultrafiltration membrane water treatment and better hydrophilicity and mechanical properties.
