| Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process is one of the fastest developing process for producing composite materials, reasonable process parameters guarantee the quality of the products. At present, the process parameters of RTM are designed by labor and optimized by experiment, this traditional method is long cycle, high cost and low reusability. According to the actual situation of the design and analysis of RTM process, this paper combine the design based on CBR and analyze based on numerical simulation, make full use of the computer technology to improve the automation and intelligent level, reduce the time and cost of the design of RTM process.After analyzing the molding process of RTM, this article summarizes the relation of the product defect and the process parameters and presents the solution scheme. Research on the theory of CBR and applying it to RTM process design. According the molding principle of RTM, establish the mathematical model of RTM, give out the scheme of RTM process design and analysis system. Represent RTM process case by object-oriented case representation method.Aim at the represent of the geometry attribute, actualized the attribute classify based on feature. Study on the case retrieval algorithm, combine the similar neighbor method and template method to retrieval the RTM process similar case. Integrate the RBR and CBR, present the process parameters evaluation and revise method based on simulation result.Accomplish the numerical simulation of the filling phase of RTM process. After analyzing the steps of pre-process of filling simulation, present the method of pre-process based on feature; establish the pressure governing equation based on Darcy law and solve it by finite element method; track the resin flow front by control volume method. Based on the simulation results of coverplate by PAM-RTM, analyze the guidelines of numerical simulation to RTM process design.Based on the above technique, confirm the structure of the RTM process integration design and analysis system, use Visual C++6.0 complete the software development and verify those technologies. |
