Estrogenic endocrine disruptors is becoming public focus for its potential hazard, bioaccumulation and irreversible injury. While in people's daily life there is a large amount of endogenous estrogen and exogenous estrogen been flushed into the water recycling system, which tremendously imperil citizen's health. However, we need more solid evidence to confirm that at which concentration level can the EDCs be regarded as relatively harmless. This research aimed at study the effect of typical Estrogenic endocrine disruptors which existed in the waterbody on the growth, development and fertilize of zebrafish, and studying the bioaccumulation in different tissue of crucian after long period of exposure.after that, zebrafish were used to test the degree of contamination of rivel water samples. In the first section of this research, zebra fish were exposed for 10 weeks to different concentrations(1ng/L,10ng/L,100ng/L,1000ng/L) of different kinds of EDCs(E2,EE2 and mixture), to investigate the mortality, aberration rate, length change, weight change, body mass index(BMI) and vitellogine(VTG) change of EDCs putting on zebra fish. It shows that after 91 days exposure, compared with control group ,the mortality of zebrafish in 1ng/L E2 exposure group and 10ng/L E2 exposure group are not remarkable. while in 10ng/L EE2 and 100ng/L E2 exposure group the rise of mortality is remarkable, when exposed in 1000ng/L EE2,the accumulate mortality reached 78.5%.when the concentration of EDCs lower than 10ng/L,it has enhance the increase of body mass index of zebrafish, while the concentration of EDCs higher than 100ng/L,the increase of body mass index of zebrafish has been greatly influenced. After 7 days exposure, the VTG which ranged from 1000ng/g to 10000ng/g has been induced in 100ng/L E2 exposure group .while for EE2exposure group, when is concentration reached 10ng/L it can induced male fish generate VTG at 1000ng/g level. The enrichment of EDCs in various crucian tissues is also investigated. It shows that after 180 days exposed at different concentrations(1ng/L,10ng/L,100ng/L,1000ng/L) of different kinds of EDCs(E2,EE2 and mixture), accumulation of estrogen in various tissues was in the order of entrails>brain>muscle, average estrogen concentrations ranged from 6.49 (1ng/L, mixture) to 312.59ng/g(10000ng/L,E2) in head extraction, 5.61 (1ng/L, E2) to 2126.13ng/g(10000ng/L,E2) in entrails extraction and 1.33 (1ng/L, mixture) to 291.81ng/g(10000ng/L,E2) in muscle extraction.Based on the above experimental data, natural water sample was detected by use zebra fish as pollution—indicating organism. Results indicated that water sample gathered in the melting period have high pollution level(in this exposure group the accumulate mortality of zebrafish reached 44%), while the level of EDCs is low. For the water sample gathered in the summertime when it's raining, it has high pollution level(in this exposure group the accumulate mortality of zebrafish reached 64%) and high EDCs concentration(after 6 days exposure the concentration of VTG of male fish reached 6000ng/g). For the water sample gathered after raining, its accumulate mortality of zebrafish is 22%, and after 6 days exposure the concentration of VTG of male fish reached 900ng/g.
