Mine hoist is an complex electromechanical system for mine hoist transporting. Traditional mine hoist control system does not have the information analysis and processing conditions, and there are some defects just as: complex control circuits, high failure rate and difficult to maintain. It has great value to change mine hoist control model to achieve the funtions of status information monitoring, processing and controlling, and meet the demands of the quick response speed of processing various information, improve reliability of the control software.In this paper, a high-performance ARM microprocessor was used to establish the status running information monitoring and digital controlling platform of mine hoist. Divided by the task, the mine hoist monitoring of various operating status information, processing and controlling are realized in theμC/OS-Ⅱembedded real-time multitasking operating system. First, the principle of induction Motor VVVF is analyzed, and the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm is applied to mine hoist digital frequency control, then, the algorithm was decomposed and improved in order to achieve the embedded microprocessor. Second, the frequency control system based on LPC2131 controller was designed, in this system,the hardware have the functions of running status detection and control, specifically including parameters of current, voltage and temperature detection as well as enhanced the characteristic of frequency conversion start,stop and speed regulate. In Software design,uC / OS-Ⅱreal-time multitasking operating system was ported to LPC2131 microcontroller, The detection and controlling of mine hoist Process status information achieved by multi-tasking, the means included the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm, PID algorithm, detection of the speed and the cage position, machine operation and many other tasks, and then, main flow chart of system software and related code was given. Finally,control performance analysis was made on the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation and Vector Control system simulation model meanwhile the designed control system was tested experimental.The results of simulation and test not only verify the digital system running stability and reliable, but also proved that the combination of ARM andμC / OS-Ⅱembedded real-time multitasking operating system is ideal for the mine hoist variable frequency drive digital control system.
