The mine hoist plays an important role in the production process of the coal mine.It is an important channel that connecting the downhole personnel transportation and material transportation.The hoist control system is a complex system that integrates mechanical and electrical equipment.The normal operation state or not of the hoist directly determines the safety of mine workers and collective assets,and the operating efficiency determines the productivity of coal mines.Therefore,it is very practical and practical to design a mine hoist control system with high safety and high use efficiency.At present,for some mine hoists in Ningxia,the old control equipment,motor speed control methods are still adopted the traditional way of rotor resistance,and it does not realize the functions of real-time monitoring and fault warning.This paper redesigns and reconstructs the original control system of a coal mine hoister in a coal mine of Ningxia Group,completed the system analysis and designed of hardware and software,and gives detailed design instructions for the variable frequency speed control system.Specific work is as follows:(1)A detailed description and analysis of the structure,working principle,and control methods of the hoisting machine system commonly used in mines are proposed,and new technical indicators are proposed for the upgraded electromechanical control system,and the framework of the control structure is designed,also analyzed the hoist operation control and speed adjustment methods in detail;(2)In the aspects of hoist control and monitoring,the specific hardware faced by the system has been selected and designed its circuit,including the selection of main and standby PLC controllers,power supply circuit,safety circuit and power supply circuit design,brake pump and lubrication pump control design,a variety of sensor selection;(3)Completed the design of the variable frequency speed control system.The composition,working principle and control method of the frequency converter are explained in detail.Completed the description of the selection criteria for frequency converters and theselection of specific models;(4)In terms of system software design,program design and design instructions were made for major equipment and fault handling in the PLC control system.The function of the upper computer configuration software WinCC is described,and the actual functions for some upper computers are designed.Detailed analysis and explanation of the host controller's control screen.This paper analyzes and explains the system speed output after design and reconstruction.The results show that the designed system has stable speed output,smooth curves,stable and reliable operation,and improves the actual production efficiency of the coal mine.
