With the development of oilfield, drilling technologies become more and more difficult, the performance requirements of screw drill are compelled to get higher and higer, accompanied with testing equipment - screw drill test bench, the use of which is getting more and more extensive and its performance requirements become higher and higher. therefore, the design and research of screw drill test bench which has a wide range and big-torque futions is becoming urgent, the subject is come from Zhongcheng Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. according to the requirements of existing screw drill test bench, develop and design a set of new and powerful equipment which its torque can achieved 30KN.m, this test bench can make 297MM-drill realize all-digital auto-detection and real-time monitoring capabilities before leaving the factory.The topic analyses the structural features of screw drill and theoretical performance characteristics, according to testing standards of screw drill, by the focus on the mechanical design section, waterway and hydraulic circulatory system, electrical control system and computer monitoring system, research , analyse and design a set of new and powerful screw drill test bench.Mechanical parts improve the structure of basis bench, clamping structure and transmission devices, satisfiy different specifications screw drill to clamp, can adapt to different specifications screw drill clamp effectively. and make the entire clamping structure and moving workbench realize automation.Waterway circulatory system satisfiies the requirements of 50L/S large flow collection, Hydraulic Control System controls clamping and releasing of screw drill, they can move along the axial direction, in order to adapt to the fixture of different specifications screw drill. The supplied power is up to 2000KW, the design of loading control system adopts Closed system of electric power with the public DC bus, 70% feedback to the power supply network, energy-saving effect is remarkable.Rotational speed and torque data acquisition use TF10-type torque sensors which is manufactured by Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik GmbH, the application of computer monitoring system is intended to makes up for the shortcoming that the former equipment can only control the testing but can't monitor the situation of running in the whole process, industrial TV monitoring system improved test-bench overall performance and increasing the testing reliability.From the above severial aspects of this subject, making an analysis and research to screw drill test bench, improve the shortcomings of the former test bench, expand the use scope of screw drill, increased using performance, better ensure testing performance of screw drill, provided a guarantee to use screw drill, and improve economic efficiency for enterprises.
