High-voltage flameproof switchgear is the key equipment in underground power supply system, and its protective performance and reliability directly affects the security and efficiency of Production of coal. So the research on the intelligent comprehensive protection system, which improves the quality and safety of power supply, has the important practical significance.The paper puts forward the comprehensive protection system for mine,on which fully analyzed and absorbed the latest embedded technology, distributed network technology in the current power automation system. It takes ARM STM32F103 as control core, and takes the embedded real-time operating system uC/OS-II as its software system. It is very good to solve the previous difficult problem that Interrupt request can not prompt response and many responses are difficult to reasonable processing. It adopts the hierarchical structure and realizes the"four remotes"for high-voltage flameproof switchgear.The relevant protective principles and control index are proposed on the basis of coal mine safety standards. It mainly analyzed the selective leakage protective method when neutral point don't connect the ground, and design the hardware circuit. The system uses a modular design. At the same time, PROFIBUS is used for the remote intelligent communication between the monitoring center and underground switchgear.It can be seen from the final experiments and the actual operation. The system can effective increase the sensitivity and accuracy, stability. It improved the safety underground and promotes the equipments in mines to be intelligent, digital, and networked.
