The traditional welding fliters depend on the manual operation of workers to protect eyes from the intense radiation light while welding, but because of the limits of peoples'reacttion, it is inevitable to produce damage to workers'eyes by using this welding filters. So our scientists invent a new kind of automatic welding fliters which depend on the radiation light to dominate the light transmittance rate of the fliters. In this thesis, we give an introduction of the principle and production process of a testing equipment, by which we can test the shade number of the automatic welding fliters while in dark state or bright state by controlling the operation of test light, modulation light and white light .The work of this project includes three parts:(1) The analysis and design of photoelectric conversion circuit, by which we can detect the weak and wide range of radiation light. It consists of photoelectric conversion circuit, preamplifier circuit, low-pass filter circuit, limiter ciucuit and so on.(2) The analysis and design of the system's main control circuit. Its main propose is simulation the process of welding, by which we can test the shade number of automatic welding fliters while in dark state or bright state.(3) The analysis and design of the system software, by which we can dominate the process of testing. It includes data acquisition, data processing system, and LCD system.Through the above mentioned effort, we have completed the desingn and debugging of the system's hardware and software, and achieved the basic target of testing. In addition, we analysis a few of error factors when testing , and give a series of advises to reduce the error.
