"Sanitary Landfill technical specifications"(CJJ17-2004) (referred to as "the norms"),It has played an important role in guiding the construction of the domestic waste landfill, but with the development of landfill technology, "the norms" exist in the absence of some content, and some provisions have been too short in some conten, not conducive to the designer, urgent need to supplement them,Therefore the Ministry of Housing and Urban Research following the preparation of the standard "Solid Waste Sanitary Landfill Guide"(Referred to as "The Guidelines").The paper based on the construction of Landfill Landfill technology development and research, following the based principles and methods of technical guidelines , and determined the main technical of "The Guidelines". Take predict the output of MSW,reservoir storage capacity calculations and design of the dam engineering for an example, establishment the two chapters of "The Guidelines"and apply to practical engineering design. The content and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1) the main sections of "The Guidelines": 1 Overview; 2 "The norms" CJJ17 terms'analyze; 3 Layout of the overall and scope calculate; 4 Formed the basis for dealing with the venue; 5 Waste dam design and dam stability calculation; 6, Seepage and groundwater drainage systems lead the technical requirements and design calculations; 7 Rain and sewage diversion system technical requirements and design calculations; 8 Leachate collection and treatment systems; 9 Landfill gas collection and use of system technical requirements and design calculations ; 10 Field system technical requirements and design calculations; 11 Landfill of new technologies. "The Guidelines" has nearly 22 million words, more than 240 technical provisions, provides 31 design methods , nearly 220 related calculation formulas of the design and provide 43 cases.(2) Predict the output of MSW and calculate the capacity's research: There are five methods of Predict the output of MSW, in which the per capita calculation parameters a statistical calculation of garbage per day, and gives the accurate value of the reference to the election with the list. In the dam design, we design the dam of Baokang County's Sanitary Landfill in accordance with factors of the dam site, the dam type and material selection and so on, in the case of guaranteed the capacity, make the dam length reduced the feasibility study of the 360m length to 113 m, the dam height of 55 m down to 25m, greatly improving the security and stability of the dam and reduce the construction costs.
