With the metallurgy rolling and computer technology,computer simulation are goingto metal structure prediction and control performance from rolling size,shape predictionand mechanical simulation. In the hot strip production, temperature is closely related tothe hot strip microstructure changes,through the simulation of microstructural evolutionand the prediction of the mechanical properties of the strip, the rolling deformationprocess can achieve accurate and quantitative control and achieve their goals ofoptimization of process and composition. In this paper, the process of hot strip coiling forthe study,a research on temperature and organization forecasting of winding process.Firstly,through the analysis of heat transfer in the process of hot strip coiling,establisha process of hot strip coiling temperature drop model by finite differencemethod,simulated temperature curves of winding process over time. On this basis,calculate the the temperature distribution on different strip thickness, coiling temperaturesand coiling speed, and discusses its impact on the way of strip temperature.Secondly, based on the metal science and the classical nucleation theory,throughsolution theory and the widely used formula for the balance of solubility and thethermodynamic equilibrium solubility calculations of the second phase (Nb,V)Cand gotthe micro-alloy carbonitride chemical formula composition, solid solution in the ironmatrix and the amount of micro-alloying elements present in the micro-alloy carbonitridesin the amount of dynamics and provide a basis for calculation.Thirdly, with the changes of temperature of winding process, established a model ofisothermal precipitation kinetics in ferrite.From the PTT curve can beseen, the PTT curves in ferrite are monotonic curve, nose point does not exist;volume fraction was S-shaped curve, with the typical form of the Avrami equation.Finally, the hybrid programming approach, the main computer program written inFortran; written the application program interface by VB language.
