As the negative impact of emission of Carbon Dioxide into atmosphere getting even worse, the way to control the hazards is urgent. The emerging alternative power to replace the fossil fuel has not been well developed, so improving the traditional method to sequestrate CO2 would be a available approach. Also, the pure CO2 can be used in vanous ways.Five base reagents:MEA, DEA, AMP, AEEA, PZ, had been selected as active addition to enhance the ability of capture CO2. Integrated the experimental results of desorption and absorption to evaluate the active reagent for the effect of MDEA solution, the most promising ones shall be picked up. According to the experiment with varying temperature and concentration, we can find out the optimal operation conditions for the future plants. While using a loop process to measure the performance of compound solution and checking the corrosion phenomena by SEM, the integrated quality of the formula can be tested. From the result, we can draw a series of conclusions. The active agent's enhance level for MDEA solution from strong to weak is PZ> AEEA> MEA> DEA> AMP, and the cost of energy sorting is DEA> AMP> MEA> AEEA> PZ. Under the given experimental condition, the optimal concentration is 2mol/L, but the trend proved that a higher concentration level will be very promising. The optimal temperature of the absorption process is around 40℃。During the loop of absorption and desorption, AEEA and PZ both performed well. After one or two loop, the competence of active MDEA solution had very little decline both in absorption rate and capacity. And the energy cost in desorption had experienced a clear going down. The SEM pictures showed that the corrosion of active MDEA solution is faint.
