Chemical Process plant operation data as a reflection of the characteristics of information, is to realize computer process control, simulation, optimization and production management, the fundamental basis. In recent years, with the computer hardware and software technology continues to improve, how to make better use of process data, to meet the growing demand for information technology to optimize operating parameters, reduce costs and energy consumption has become an important issue facing the chemical industry is one. However, most of the field data measurement instrument with random errors, even gross error, making the data collected by DCS system is difficult to truly reflect the process, can not be directly used for decision-making and guidance. Therefore, in order to obtain a reasonable quality of data, many scholars at home and abroad on the process measurement data correction techniques a lot of research, made some progress and the development of a number of commercial and proprietary software.This paper introduces the concept of data reconciliation, content and importance of reviewing the development of data correction, data correction lists some useful software, in the process of the steady-state data reconciliation, data reconciliation and gross error detection Lu Stick estimates and steady-state synchronization error is the fault of the system identification and correction of the data application in a refinery and access to quality reasonable data to meet the increasing information needs, reduce costs and energy consumption, optimize operating parameters.
