Tarim Well Control Equipment Supporting Technology Research

In tarim oilfield harsh geologic setting (ultra deep well, high pressure, high yield), the existing well control equipment exists many problems. To substantially increase the tarim oilfield of well control equipment, to evade the pertinence, reliability of harsh geologic setting well control risk and ensure safety, need consummate well control equipment, increase the adaptability of well control equipment.Consummating well control equipment is different in different region,and in China and abroad is still not have well equipment, technology and experience for directly using. This phenomenon seriously hampering the tarim oilfield code-breaking well control equipment supporting problem process. Targeted for tackling research, is helpful for upgrading existing equipment, ensuring the practical technology,providing the reliable well control equipment for well control safety,eliminating the potential accident, with obvious economic benefits and positive social effect.This article summarizes the characteristics with generality of well control equipment to the problems of tarim and made some main achievements are as follows:1) By conducting monitoring device of overflow reliability evaluation, this article puts forward the practical real-time monitoring scheme of early overflow, and completed the related equipment structure designing;2) By analyzing the problem of the cock valve becoming invalid, proposed the new cock valve structure scheme that can be measure the pressure, and completed the related experimental research;3) Through the experimental research, give the adaptability evaluation of the existing cutter ram in tarim, and put forward corresponding suggestion for improvement, ensure the reliable of cutter ram in harsh geologic setting;4) By researching drilling fluid gas separator problems, puts forward new practical separator improvement plan, and finish the relevant equipment structure designing;5) Through developing the theoretical of relief line, contrast existing relief line configuration scheme, puts forward relevant measures for improvement.The above reaearch, can improve the ability of well control equipment, against the well control risk in tarim,it also helpful to the safety and environment protect.
