Research On Ecological Management Mode Of Heavy Metal Enterprises In Changzhutan

After more than 30 years of rapid economic growth, environmental pollution's damage on human health will enter a concentrated period of outbreak, heavy metal pollution incident of recent years is a clear sign of it. Heavy metal pollution not only seriously affected local people's health and normal life, also caused great destruction to the ecological environment. Changzhutan area is the core region of Hunan province's economic development,and it's also China's demonstration area of "a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society", but due to a variety of historical reasons,its metal pollution problem is serious.Dealing with Changzhutan area's heavy metal pollution is not only the local people's urgent need, also is the objective requirement of practicing the scientific development concept, it is an urgent matter. In the first half of 2011, the state council of China has ratified "the implementation plan of heavy metal pollution treatment in xiangjiang river basin" and "the tenth five years plan of comprehensive prevention and control of heavy metal pollution", so,the Changzhutan heavy metal pollution management is facing an important historic opportunity.Environmental problems are never pure scientific and technological problems, heavy metal pollution management is a complexing issue involving many aspects including law, economy, regional planning, industrial layout and so on,and many experts and scholars have proposed to it from different angles. At present, heavy metals enterprises are the main source of heavy metal pollution, therefore, how to improve these enterprises environmental protection consciousness and reduce their heavy metal pollution to environment from enterprise management aspect is of great significance to lower Changzhutan heavy metal pollutionEcological management is reflection's of ideas of sustainable development and environmental protection thought in modern enterprise management, which can help the enterprises to coodinate economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit, therefore it is feasible to bring ecological management ideas and methods to Changzhutan heavy metal enterprises'management practice.This paper firstly introduces the general situation of heavy metal pollution in Changzhutan area and existing problems of heavy metal enterprises'present management mode, combined with the theory of ecological management,it proposed ecological management mode's framework and regulation model for Changzhutan's heavy metal enterprises.Besides,this paper constructed ecological management status evaluation system and builted dynamic mechanism for those enterprises.Then,the article selected a representative heavy meatal enterprise in Changzhutan area to evauate its ecological status,which further proved the practicability of the evaluation system. Finally, the conclusion briefly summarised main work and deficiency of this paper,and illustrated the next step of research.
