In order to alleviate the contradiction between the forestry resources shortage with the people increasingly strong demand of woodiness product, this paper attempts to widely wood waste resources as raw material, through moulding, compound means manufacture Woodiness corrugated board. Discusses the influence on the performance of the composite from macro microscopic characteristics, morphological characteristics and chemical properties of material characteristics; Integrated predecessors'research, design the wood corrugated composite structure model; Using classical sandwich plate theory, corrugated structure was regarded as a isotropic body, calculated respectively the equivalent formula of the x, y, z tripartite MOE, and validated by experiment. According to core board forming, glue regulating and material compound were studied, using the orthogonal experiment method, to synthetic comparison the influence of core board density, thickness, glue spread, and the three major factors of hot pressing to physical and mechanical properties, Get a better process conditions. Results show that:(1) Corrugated core board density and core board moulding pressure are main factors influence to mechanical properties of Woodiness corrugated board, core board thickness, core board of glue spread, temperature and time influence are relatively minor.(2) Corrugated core board density of 0.70 g/cm3, UF weight 9% of dry Material, temperature 160℃, pressure 3.0MPa and time 7min, manufacture 8mm corrugated core board and compound with MDF can have better physical and mechanical performance.(3) Half the wavelength of the corrugated sandwich plate was regarded as a isotropic body, calculated respectively the equivalent formula of the x, y, z tripartite MOE, the amount of formula is proven to be reliable, it's useful to improve the physical and mechanical properties and the new sandwich structure design basis..(4) On base material surface sanding thickness processing and film paper cover, can improve the appearance quality of compound of levels and the strength, stiffness and hardness have a certain degree of enhanced role (Increase about 6.7%)(5) Face veneers types are according to different using utility and environment, MDF as an example, through utilizing estimate of raw material resources, core board raw material utilization at 90%, weighted utilization ratio of material of Woodiness corrugated board is 86.7%, compound board material utilization rate reached 68.4%.(6) Through the Woodiness corrugated board cost accounting and economic benefit analysis, sale price reached 1020.5 yuan/m3, the manufacturers can balance of payments, minimum pricing of 1500 yuan/m3, profits can be awarded 480 yuan/m3, has a very good economic benefits.(7) The development of corrugated composite board makes full use of all kinds of wood waste resources, has very obvious economic benefits and social benefits and ecological benefits. According to the experimental data, the suitable technics conditions that the preparation of woodiness corrugated plywood can completely replace the honeycomb panel, designed to be used as furniture and architectural unstructured material.
