| Wood-based panels industry is a estate which depends mostly on the resources. With the rapid development of wood-based panels in our country recently , however our forestry resources which could be utilized are gradually reduced. Therefore my article is based on the choice of raw materials and its' processing modes, such as wood and it's processing remainders bamboo, it adopted three no cutting-remainders processes, such as Fir sawn edges which is flat-pressing and stretch-rolling with no cutting-remainders, wood panels of Pinus massoniana is rotary cutting with no cutting-remainders, and bamboo stripes is breakdown radially, and it is resembled, hot-pressing through the workable design theory of composite materials, and a new high mechanical bamboo and wood composite board is made.In this article, study on the hot water pond flat-pressing and stretch-rolling technology for Fir edges is made. The best processing conditions on it is worked out through a series of experiments. The Fir-edges which have been processed by hot water pond turn out many Fir bundles of special sizes through flat-pressing and stretch-rolling, which have fine uses. The bamboo stripes is worked by breakdown radially, which could not only improve utilizing ratio of bamboo, but also glue radially, weave curtains and resemble mat without culling bamboo-green and bamboo-yellow by breaking through tradition.Through wood panels with greater elasticity modules being used as surface materials, radial bamboo stripe curtains being used as inner materials, and Fir bundles curtains with low intensity and poor quality being used as core materials, and then they are resembled, dried in advanced after adopting water smelting PF, and thereafter they are processed by "hot-hot" press.
