The Research On Of Custom Furniture Design Mode Of Interior Decoration Industry

With the fast development of interior decoration, the making-furniture on the spot is not fit for the industrial improvement, so costumed furniture is the stream line for mass production. The costumed furniture that adopts the pattern need corresponding design model, but the interior decoration is new for industry in the starting step, there are many problem in the realistic operation. It's important that my paper will explore a design pattern being fit for interior decoration, and research core technology for the design pattern.Through literature research, the extensive literature reading and classification, this topic analyses the development situation and development tendency of domestic decoration industry and customization furniture industry; Contrasts the similarities and differences of customization furniture design and traditional furniture design, summarizes the particularity and the characteristics of customization furniture design; Through in-depth investigation of a customization factory, fully understand the development situation and the existing problems for domestic customization furniture, and actively explore the way to solve the problem and a suitable design mode for customization furniture.Based on the situation above, I think the housing decoration industry need to build a furniture design pattern adapt to factory production, this mode will separate customization furniture design work into two parts as new product development and rapid customization design. The new product development should take the market as the leading target, customer groups, process new product research and development for the demand of customer, set up product database, manufacturing and storing by the standard components or the form of batch or module; The rapid customization design aim at the customer's order, design the products on the basis of the database, manufacturing through the custom furniture standard parts and the nonstandard components configuration design, meet the need of each customer's individual requirement in the form of field assembly. This study is constructed the custom furniture design patterns adapt to factory production, changed the old one of focus on one original design, constructed the custom furniture products database's structure, discussed the problems during the applying information encoded into custom furniture. The design model under custom design form simplified the implementation from the original specific custom product design into standard and non-standard parts, which enhance the design efficiency and meet the need of customer's requirement for the customization; Change the original one for single to follow the existing products series to customize, which allow inquires catalogue, the raw materials, hardware, accessories and components data at any time, while storing the new data to databases accurately and rapidly.
