Villous bamboo fibers are remnants of bamboo fibers that used from "Hot - mechanical coupling separation technology", which is a bamboo fibers in the by-product of production. Cleaning, tidying and drying this villous bamboo fibers and collecting to used again after crushing, grinding by the physical method. We can get the cellulose of substance. Making full use of villous bamboo fiber, we can perfect the bamboo fiber processing industrial chain and great comprehensive utilization all bamboo parts. As a result, it increased bamboo fiber industry chain added value.Based on coal fly ash for fuel that coal-fired power plant, It boiler after coal combustion emissions of inorganic dust. Our country is fly ash emissions every year more than 1 million tons and it covers an area of nearly 2.6 million square kilometers. These conditions make severe pollution of the environment including that damage the ecological balance and become the obstacles of national economy sustainable development. Consequently, making fly ash into useful thing has become a hot topic. Fly ash utilization has become the sustainable development of all countries with an important part. Due to their own physical properties, fly ash composite brittleness is large, and easily deformation. So it needs to find reinforced fiber materials as enhance body that make the composite materials performance got bigger ascension.Villous bamboo fiber as enhance fiber in this paper that make full using of villous bamboo fiber in mechanics performance of optimal benign and fly ash in heat, acoustic and hot burning sexual optimal benign to make villous bamboo fiber/fly ash reinforced composites. Materials not only have good mechanical properties, and also have good heat, acoustic and hot combustion performance. It is a broad market prospect with new engineering construction materials. Mainly studies and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1. Prepare villous bamboo fiber and used long bamboo fiber, bamboo powder and villous bamboo fiber for macro comparison in this paper. We can get conclusion as follows: Explore the villous bamboo fiber of preparing process, and we can find villous bamboo fibrous tissue composition is extremely fine bamboo fiber. Long Fibrous tissue composition for single is coarse bamboo fiber bundles. Bamboo powder structural organization composition is for powder particles. 2. Research for physical and chemical properties of villous bamboo fiber in this paper. We can get conclusion as follows: Through the villous bamboo fibers X-ray diffraction crystallinity measurement, it is test the average for the crystallinity of 64.53%. It shows materials have good mechanical properties and fiber quality, and can effectively improve the mechanical properties of composite materials.3. Research for composite materials hot-pressing process in this paper. We can get conclusion as follows: Optimum hot-pressing process parameters is that 8MPa hot-pressing pressure, 180℃hot-pressing temperature and 25s/mm hot-pressing time.4. Research for composite materials optimal preparation process in this paper. We can get conclusion as follows: Composite materials for preparation process optimization is that 12% PF, 0.5% CA, and BF/FA proportion 50:50.5. Research for thermodynamics, acoustics, hot combustion performance of composite materials in this paper. We can get conclusion as follows: Through the study of composite material thermal, material may called insulation materials. Based on the acoustic research composite materials, materials can be widely used in all kinds of to sound insulation performance requirements of high buildings. Based on the thermal combustion performance of composite material, reinforced materials can be used in anti-fire building materials.
