Study on basic and flame-retardant formulation of polyurethan grouting material. Compound modify polyurethan with inorganic particle(kaoling,montmorillonite,talc)and short-cut glass(basalt fiber;glass fiber). Study on the role of the additives and infuence law of the mechanical properties and the strengthening mechanism and infuence law of the inorganic particle and fiber.The result shows that the standard of horizontal combustion is FH-1 and the standard of vertical combustion is FV-1. The best mechanical properties can reach 9.01KJ?m-2 in impact, 3.976 MPa in tension, and10.832MPa in compression. The force condition of the basalt fiber is better than that in glass fiber.Microscopic type of material is observed by SEM. Impact of this cell body is compact, orderly, the smaller after strengthed. And fibers distribute to the surface. The hulls of surface wraps resin fibers and combines with matrix good.
