In recent yeas, the depth of our country's coal mining is gradually increasing, and has become a trend. The study of pressure distribution in the deep mining conditions will also be a prerequisite for safety in coal mines. According to mining pressure theory of Qian Minggao Academy's "Masonry Beam" and Song Zhenqi Academy's "Transfer Beam" can predict the variation and extent of the roof pressure in the mining process. In the process of deep mining, due to the influence of the mining field and the gob roof movement, makes the roof pressure more complex, and makes the appear of the mine pressure encountered some new problems.In order to study mine pressure distribution and the detection and control technology of rock to provide effective data, so must rely on effective ways and means of detection to detect, obtain accurate data of the appear of the mine pressure and reasonable choice of roadway approach and support paraments, using to guide the coal mine production safety.In this design, mainly through the front-end analog circuit design and the main control circuit design,the realization of two coal mine roof pressure signal acquisition and control functions. Front-end analog circuit is mainly the design of the acquisition of two pressure signal filtering, amplification, A/D converter. And achieve the processing of analog signal, digital and the processing of digital signal. The main control circuit includ memory circuits, LCD circuits, USB(Universal Serial Bus) interface circuit and auxiliary circuit, complete the capabilities of data storage, display and data transmission. The entire control has increased the number of peripheral interface circuit, expanded its capabilities and improved the system of two pressure signal acquisition and control capabilities.This thesis involved the contents including the hardware circuit design, the implementation of programming software, anti-jamming design and debugging. Hardware design, including front-end analog circuit design, the main control circuit design and other auxiliary circuit design, software programming design of each major to complete subprogram module programming design; study of anti-jamming technology.
