| Pipeline transportation is a long-distance transportation method for transporting liquid or gas materials by means of pipelines.Its transportation cost is low,safe and reliable,and it is an important part of trunk transportation in a unified transportation network.Flow and pressure are important parameters to reflect the state of pipeline transportation system.At present,the medium for the pipe flow,pressure measurement is involved in type testing for the most part,measuring devices direct contact with the media,this method is relatively mature,but the disadvantage is that once pipeline laying completed,without measuring interface reserved in advance,stiletto installation on active service pipe,is bound to affect the overall operation of pipeline system,the cost is extremely high and unsafe.This paper studies a non-intrusive ultrasonic measurement method outside the pipe,which can realize the nondestructive measurement of the medium flow and pressure in the pipeline without reservation of interface,and lays a reliable foundation for the development of nonintrusive commercial monitoring device for the medium flow and pressure in the pipeline.In this study,the ultrasonic signal transmitting and receiving module is developed,including excitation and limiting circuit,program-controlled gain circuit,A/D conversion circuit,etc.Using special pressure regulating equipment,metal pipelines,control valves,standard flow and pressure gauge to build a measurement experimental system,the hydraulic oil flow and pressure in the pipeline for experimental measurement,and the module collected different pressure or different flow of ultrasonic signals,analog-to-digital conversion uploaded to the PC for analysis.Experiments show that the institute for development of ultrasonic detection system,can collect the stability of the ultrasonic signal,the ultrasonic attenuation and velocity is obtained by analysis of ultrasonic signal in two key parameters,using the parameter inversion to calculate the hydraulic oil pressure or flow in the pipeline,using ultrasound to complete for active transmission medium in the pipeline flow and pressure of real-time online measurement provides an experimental basis. |
