In this dissertation, closed-end dust-removing system of comprehensive mechanized heading face is proposed, combining theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, experimental measuration and application on-spot. Finally, the field application showed satisfactory results.By using k-εthree-dimensional turbulence model and k-ε-θ-kp dual phase gas phase turbulent-dust particles phase turbulent model, based on control volume method and finite element method, combining SIMPLE (Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equations), TDMA (Tri Diagonal-Matrix Algorithm)Gauss-Seidel, numerical simulation on air-flowing field and dust flowing field before and after the closure of comprehensive mechanized heading face is made through ANSYS FLUENT software.With detailed description of the KH model of nozzle spray, Taylor analogy broken model, the model of Reyleigh-Taylor(R-T)wave. Based on the spray conceptual model of two-phase flow,with analysis the process of first and second nozzle spray. According to droplet fracture mechanism and liquid jet crushing way and breakage types, the mathematical model of liquid nozzle jet split and atomizing mechanism is established. Finally, single water spray and dust reduction mechanism and wet vibration string spray dust reduction mechanism is proposed. The performance determination method.of nozzle spray is designed and the spray measuring grain experiment about the centrifugal hybrid nozzle of better atomization effect but different apertures is conducted. According to the experiment data, the centrifugal hybrid nozzle of aperture 1.5 mm is choosed as the best nozzle in fully-mechanized coal winning machine. By comprison and analysis of local mechanical ventilation in comprehensive mechanized heading face, long bent short smoke is applied to efficent dedusting system in comprehensive mechanized heading face, and the relevant parameters is measured. Meanwhile,based on the dust removal mechanism of effective dedusting fan, the frequency and amplitude invariable of vbration string ce-grate materials is optimized and KCS-225ZL wet vibration string dedusting fan is choosed as the drawer-type dust electromotor in comprehensive mechanized heading face. According to production situation, dust production feature, dust distributing law of 5306②1214 Tail Entry comprehensive mechanized heading face and5305②cutting hole,Tail Entry comprehensive mechanized heading face in Baodian, block dustshade structure and the air wind curtain's installation forms of closed dust arrestin systemare analysed .Finally closed effective dust arresting technology anprocess of the block dust shade and the air wind curtain are designed.
