By investigation found that our existing methods of dust spray equipment and the dust is the common problem of dust control efficiency is not high, respirable dust and dust all settlement rate is low. To resolve these issues, this paper right Based on spray, spray mechanism and the impact of dust spray dust effects of many factors , experiments and the analysis of experimental results, as well as to set the various parameters of aerosol effects simulation, design a better atomization nozzle results to improve breathing dust and dust all the dust rate. Based on the findings, against Qinghemen fully mechanized coal dust face the scene of the mine is to improve the use of spray dust suppression system achieved good results dust.
