Organic Light-emitting materials had been recognized as the "Star of Hope" of the flat panel display, full-color electroluminescence, solid state lighting to attract intense academic and industrial interest. Present these materials can not be widely used in industry. Finding the three basic colors (red, green, blue) materials of the color saturation and high purity had became a current research focus.United fluorene and fluorene-based conjugacy compounds modified have better solubility and thermal stability, a high energy band gap which can produce high color saturation of blue emission, high fluorescence quantum yield and high electron-charge double transmission capacity. Therefore, we designed and synthesized 23 kinds of new fluorene-based derivatives and conjugated compounds, and studied their optical performance, synthetic strategies and synthetic conditions.1. Synthesis of the fluorene derivatives and fluorene-based conjugated compounds:(1) Five kinds of intermediates(1a,2a-2c,12a) were synthesized through Vilsmeyer reaction, bromination reduction, nitration reduction (2) Four kinds of benzylidene fluorene compounds(3a-6a) with good luminescent properties were synthesized by addition condensation reaction and reduction reaction. (3) Six kinds of target conjugated compounds containing the fluorene ring and triphenylamine unit(7a-7f) were synthesized through a variety of C-N aromatic amines coupling reactions and C-C Suzuki Coupling reaction. (4) Eight kinds of amides compounds containing fluorene ring(9a-9d,10a-10b,11a-11b) were synthesized by amide condensation reaction. The structures of all products were characterized by the IR,1HNMR, LC-MS,13CNMR, elemental analysis. Synthesis experimental conditions of compounds 2b,2c and 7f were optimized to obtain the optimal synthesis conditions. The synthesis strategy of addition condensation reaction, aromatic amine reaction, Suzuki carbon-carbon coupling reaction and amide condensation reaction were discussed. 2. The research of the optical performance of partly synthesized compounds:(1) UV absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of 2c and eight kinds of amide compounds (9a-9d,10a-10b,11a-11b) were determined. The spectrum response of photosensitive area of all determined compounds located where blue-green visible spectrum region (400nm-550nm). (2) Stokes shift value and optical band gap Eg of the above compounds were calculated. Due to relatively small optical band gap value, the materials have smaller energy between the conduction band and valence band to meet the requirement of strong conductive properties of organic semiconductor. At the same time, the relatively small value of Stokes shift result in less energy loss of molecular excited states and the more high luminous efficiency.
