Supramolecular chemistry is a new branch of chemical discipline, and the development of a new phase of chemical, It developed rapidly which based on the crown ethers and hole shape ligands etc big ring ligands development and research of molecular self-assembly, It's base is a variety of molecular interactions and It's the research object of chemistry is molecular aggregate. This weak interaction between molecules is not the traditional covalent bond strength, but the single inter-molecular forces, Including van der Waals force, hydrogen bonding force, ionic strength, cationic - PI and Nucleons PI gathering force nucleons and Hydrophobic kiss fat reaction etc. Normally, it is the synergy of several kinds of force, plus with certain directional and selectivity, its total adhesion strength is not less than bonds. It is so weak interaction between the molecules of the coordination function (collaborative sex, directional and selective), which can recognize and assembly the molecular thus form a variety of new special function with supramolecular system..This paper mainly introduces the concept and development of supramolecular chemistry, the composition and species of supramolecular system. Secondly, this paper introduces the analytical chemistry application of cyclodextrins which is one of the most important material. The preface describes the applications of supramolecular chemistry in analytical chemistry.A series of inclusion complexes withÎ'-Cyclodextrin were synthesized and studied by UV-V and fluorescence spectrometry. and the stoichiometri ratio of complexatio was to be 1:1. Meanwhile we has discussed the fluorescence influence of complexes under the different density B-CD﹑organic reagent as well as the pH value, .The result indicated: electromagnetic spectrum of inclusion complexes has greatly effect in different micr- Environmenta , and the inclusion complexes was formed easily when temperature was more low and the solution polarity is samller. B-CD and rhodamine B complexes was examined by infrared spectrum and moleculear modeiling analysis.A series of inclusion complexes withÎ'-Cyclodextrin were synthesized and studied characterization of inclusion complex UV-V and fluorescence spectrometry. we founded rhodamine B dramatically decreased and Fluorescien was dramatically increased with the addition ofβ-CD and strengthen of solution polarity; we also demonstrationed temperature was a important factor to the stbility constants by fluorescence spectrometry, the temperature wad more high the the stbility constant was more low. The two inclusion complex was examined by infrared spectrum and moleculear modeiling analysis, the group which enter hydrophobic cavity ofβ-CD was different despite rhodamine B and Fluorescien have similitude sructure.which resulted they have different optics characterization.A new method has been established for spectrophotometric determination of nickel with cadion in ethanol solution. At pH=9.50, at the presence of borax-sodium hydroxide buffer and tween-80 surfactant, cadion can react with nickel(â…¡) to form a stable 2:1 complex. The absorption maxim of which is at 504nm with molar absorption coefficient of 1.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the ranges of 0.0~8.0g/25mL nickel. The proposed method was applied to the determination of nickel in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.A new method has been established for spectrophotometric determination of copper (â…¡)with cadion in isopropanol solution. At pH=9.6, at the presence of borax-sodium hydroxide buffer and tween-80 surfactant, cadion can react with copper(â…¡) to form a red stable 2:1 complex. The absorption maxim of which is at 498 nm with molar absorption coefficient of 1.23×105 L·mol-1·cm- 1. Beer's law is obeyed in within of 0.28mg/L copper(â…¡). The proposed method was applied to the determination of copper in water samples with satisfactory results.
