This thesis aims at the comprehensive utilization of polysilicon industry by-products, using grignard technology to synthesize phenyl trimethoxysilane silane. The technological process is as follows:First, synthesize phenyl magnesium chloride. Second, phenyl trimethoxysilane silane is synthesized by Grignard method with phenyl magnesium chloride and four chlorinated silicon as raw material. The product and its intermediates were tested by infrared absorption spectrum and gas chromatography and characterized. The main content includes:1. This paper gives an overview of polysilicon industry, the restrictive factors of polycrystalline silicon developing and application feasibility of polysilicon by-products—four chlorinated silicon. Meanwhile it also introduces the present situation of the silicone industry and the promotive action of phenyl chlorine silane to the development of the industry. The thesis discusses the phenyl chlorine silane cleaner production technologies, and puts forward the synthesis of phenyl trichlorosilane technical route through the application Grignard reaction which can solve shortcomings of traditional methods, that is high energy consumption, more by-products, and environment pollution.2. By using THF as solvent, chlorobenzene and industrial-class magnesite powder as raw materials, and bromine ethane as the initiator to synthesize Grignard reagent PhMgCl and explore the reaction temperature, initiator, reaction time, dosage of magnesium powder, as well as all influencing factors. Optimize and choose the best process conditions, for example, the reaction temperature at 80℃, initiator quantity 5%, and reaction time 2 hours, magnesium and chlorobenzene ratio of 1.2:1, under such reaction condition, the yield coefficient of PhMgCl is the most ideal one.3. Utilize four chlorinated silicon, by-products of polysilicon, and PhMgCl to synthesize the compound phenyl trimethoxysilane silane. Optimize and choose the best process conditions, such as the dosage of four chlorinated silicon excessive 10%, reaction temperature at 60℃, reaction time 3 hours, in this reaction condition, the productivity of phenyl trimethoxysilane silane can up to 77%.4. Through the above two steps' optimization to improve yield coefficient and quality of the product. The product quality is tested by gas chromatography and IR, with good reproducibility. This project results have realistic directive significance to the application of industrialization.
