Vanadium is an important strategic material, China is one of the major countries with the large vanadium reserve in the world and stone coal is an important raw material for extracting vanadium in our country. Extraction of vanadium from stone coal is not only an important development of stone coal utilization, but a new direction of the smelting industry in China. Study on extraction vanadium from stone coal is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance. At present, domestic vanadium extraction process is the traditional sodium chloride roasting process, process technology is simple, investment is low, and there are economic and social advantages. As the use of salt as an additive process, a large number of Cl2,HC1 and other harmful gases were produced in the roasting process, these gases cause serious environmental pollution. For this problem, the domestic and foreign research less. Control various factors in the experiment, to examine the impact of factors on the impact of exhaust gas production. The results show that:HC1 production increased with the increase of NaCl dosage, and Cl2 production reduced with the increase of NaCl dosage; compared with the catalystⅡ, catalystⅠpromotes the decomposition of the NaCl, HC1 and Cl2 production are more; the first absorption stage absorbed HC1 mainly, the second absorption stage absorbed Cl2; with a certain range, time has little effect on the HC1 and Cl2 production; HC1 production will increase with the temperature increases, at (a+70)℃Cl2 production is the largest; HC1 and Cl2 production increased as the gas flow rate decreases. The results can be references for future research.
