Research has been resolved pinhole, electrophoresis coating loss of light thinning, secondary flow marks and other quality defects electrophoresis method:emissions ultrafiltrate, right amount of added pure water, reducing the content of impurity ions; adjust the solvent content and the ultrafiltrate bath pH parameters; improve the cleaning quality, after electrophoresis, the cleaning method adopt to repeatedly spray, dip-type cleaning combination. Researched the flux depression of UF group at the excessive speed, the control of bacteria and other issues, had been recovery of UF membrane flow rate which process maintenance operation of the program, had developed two sets of the anode sterilization process operation steps and chemical cleaning solution.Process parameters that receive from researches after the proving of the actual production for 6 months, all equipments of electro-painting line can be oprated normally and steadily, ultrafiltration system runs normally in electro-painting line, and reduces the defects of electro-painting, the appearance of membrane of electro-painting is good, all performance indexes such as thickness etc. are within the limits of permitted process, prolong the working life of the membrane equipments such as anode tubes and ultrafiltration membrane maximumly, reduce the cost of consumables. This makes the maintenance operation of the production of the equipments is in normal, systems are operated steadily, and obtain the fine application effects and economic benefits.
