Fluorescent probes are wildly used in life science, environmental science research field, and it also play a significant role on the researching of the targets of pesticides and the creating of pesticides. Based on the two type fluorophores, we designed and synthesized two new fluorescent probes, and explored their optical properties. At the same time, we explored the potential photolytic activity of the fluorescent probes.1. Based on 4-Amino-1,8-naphthalimide and ICT mechanism chemosensor CS-1 with long-chain sulfide receptor was designed and synthesized. Probe CS-1 selectively recognized Ag+ in neutral aqueous solution. It can significantly distinguish Ag+ from Cu(I) by the emission spectra. Meanwhile, the CS-l-Ag (the complex of CS-1 and the silver ion) is a selectively and sensitively I" probe in aqueous solution, based on IDA mechanism.2. On the basis of 7-amino-coumarin and long-chain sulfide receptor, ICT chemosensor CS-2 was designed and synthesized. Probe CS-2 could detect Ag+ selectively and sensitively in neutral aqueous solution, the fluorescence quantum yield enhanced from 0.418 to 0.444.
