Along with the people pay attention to the food security day-by-day, food immediate contact packing products are also concerned. Plasticizer and bisphenol A are the typical delegate of harmful substances in food contact materials. Bisphenol A have estrogen activity which effect on body's gonad and can influence of sex hormones secretion and the immune function. If the human body intake excessive Bisphenol A, it can affect fertility. Abroad have lots of relevant reports, but domestic reported less. In view of the harms of plasticizer and bisphenol A on human, Establish a rapid, accurate and sensitive detection method has become the world's research hotspot and also has certain practical significance.In this paper, we take the plastic food contact materials as research object and study the content of six plasticizers(DHP, BBP, DPRP, DCHP, DBEP and DNHP) by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). In this method, we use Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 as the separation column and the Mobile phase is methanol-0.1% formic acid water.The results show that:extraction efficiency With methanol is highest. Under the optimal conditions, the recoveries of six plasticizer are between 83.6 and 101.5% with RSDs less than 10% and can satisfy measurement requirements.We use the methyl tertiary butyl ether as extraction solvent and the extracts were cleaned up and concentrated on Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Determinate 6 exogenous endocrine disruptors-bisphenol diglycidyl ethers, including BADGE, BADGE-H2O,BADGE·HCl,BADGE·H2O·HCI,BFDGE and BFDGE-2HC1 in food by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Under the optimal conditions, the calibration curves showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 1.0-100.0 ng/mL for 6 target compounds. The correlation coefficients(r) were high than 0.9991. Recoveries of 6 analytes at three spiked level ranged from 78.6 to 101.1%, with RSDs less than 10%. The method was sensitive and simple, and was suitable for the rapid determination of exogenous endocrine disruptors-bisphenol diglycidyl ethers in food contact materials. In this paper, we establish magnetic multiple walled carbon nanotube solid phase extaction to determinate the migration content method by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and optimized the sample pretreatment methods and equipment conditions. Compared with the traditional method,This method have higher efficiency and faster speed. In the concentration range from 1.0 to 100.0 ng/mL, this method had a good linearity, the correlation coefficients was 0.9993. The recoveries of bisphenol A at three spiked levels ranged from 83.3% to 97.2% and the relative standard deviations ranged from 6.6 to 7.3%. The method was accurate, sensitive and fast and can satisfy measurement requirements.
