Synthesis, molecular recognition and assembly of chemical modified cyclodextrins and chemical modification of carbon nanotubes have become the significant topic of supramolecular chemistry and material chemistry. Meanwhile, cyclodextrin derivatives are important in drug carrier system. To reveal the molecular recognition and assembly mechanisms of cyclodextrins derivatives, SBEβCD were prepared and their binding modes and molecular recognition behaviors for ATM were investigated. A novel cyclodextrin polyrotaxane was synthesized with cyclodextrin derivatives and Poly(propylene glycol) bis(2-aminopropyl ether) (PPG2000), and its application as drug carrier were studied.1. Improved synthesis of m-Bromophenol.2. I have modified the cyclodextrin, and synthesis of a number of columns required for the follow-up experiments cyclodextrin derivative:6-OTs-BCD,β-CD-6-CHO and SBEBCD. I resolved the structure of the product by the use of NMR spectroscopy.3. Preparation of methyl butyl ether cyclodextrin SBEβCD, examine its ability to identify for the artemether and artemether/SBEBCD molecular recognition after the change in the physical properties of artemether. UV analysis of the major means of determining the inclusion SBEβCD and ATM constant, the use of DSC, X-RAY diffraction, scanning electron microscopy to observe the molecular recognition of the physical nature of the change of artemether. We identified the cyclodextrin cavity and the guest molecules artemether group identification mode by 1HNMR and 2DROESY.4. We use PPG and cyclodextrin rotaxane prepared cyclodextrin polyrotaxane, Then we use butyric acid modified poly rotaxane to get a structure of supramolecular assembly, And observed that neutral red was changed after the CD and NR identification, By fluorescence spectrophotometer. By the above method we can determine whether the prospect of this structure As a drug delivery.
