Many supramolecular systems exist in the life processes, such as enzymes and enzyme substrates, antibodies and antigens of the immune system. Which bond based on host-guest recognition, self-assembly etc.. Supramolecular chemistry is a science that complicated and ordered molecular aggregates are formed by intermolecular interactions, which is a highly interdisciplinary field of science covering chemistry and multi-subjects such as physics, materials, information, environmental science. It provides important theoretical basis for the study of life sciences, and opens up prospects for the application of life sciences.Cyclodextrin, as a second generation host, forms inclusion complexes that have supramolelar properties by taking advantage of the weak non-covalent bonds with organic, inorganic, biological molecules. Cyclodextrin is made up of glucopyranose through weak interactions. Many of modifying group is connected to the cyclodextrins forming derivatives because of the glucopyranose original structure. Metallocyclodextrins resulted by attaching photoactive metal centers onto cyclodextrin are more appropriative for the design of supramolecular devices and sensors owing to the properties of host-guest recognition of cyclodextrins and luminescent properties of metals like ruthenium. Therefore, more and more attention is focused on the research of metallocyclodextrins supramolecular compoundsBinding constant can judge the properties of supramolecular systems, in which if the state is stable, if that is suitable for building supramolecular devices, self-assembly,ect.. There are many methods determining stability constant, such as spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, conductivity, Pulse Radiolysis, according to the different characteristics of supramolecular systems, we can choose different methods. We researched the fluorescence properties, and measured the fluorescence quantum yield of six synthesized bipyridine-ruthenium cyclodextrin derivatives by using reference method. Thus, we can understand their structure feature and micro-environment, predict the interaction with some moleculars and selective guest moleculars. Based on this, we determined the binding constant between six bipyridine-ruthenium cyclodextrin derivatives and vitamin by using the fluorescence spectroscopy method. That is very meaningful for improving the bioavailability and the effective utilization of vivamins drugs. The innovation of the thesis is listed as follows:No.l We researched the interaction and binding mechanism between bipyridine-ruthenium cyclodextrin derivatives and vitamin.No.2We studied vitamin by using fluorescence spectroscopy, which provides clues for improving the bioavailability and the effective utilization of vivamins drugs. The thesis consists of three chapters.Chapter1:PrefaceWe introduce the conception and background of supramolecular chemistry, supramolecular self-assembly, molecular electronic. And, we review the host-guest chemistry of cyclodextrins and their derivatives, interaction and binding mechanism with organic, inorganic, biological moleculars. There are many methods determining stability constant, such as spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, conductivity, Pulse Radiolysis, according to the different characteristics of supramolecular systems, we choose different methods. Based on the above introduction, we point out the purpose and signification of the thesis.Chapter2Study the properties of six synthesized bipyridine-ruthenium cyclodextrin derivativesOwing to the properties of host-guest recognition of cyclodextrins and luminescent properties of ruthenium, we synthesize six bipyridine-ruthenium cyclodextrin derivatives, and research their fluorescence properties, fluorescence quantum yield, for finding the structural features and microenvironment, selecting guest moleculars. The research results demonstrated that six-ruthenium metallocyclodextrin exhibit highly strong fluorescence and quantum yield, it means that has a very stable structure. That provides clues to find valuable new material for the futureChapter3Research interaction between bipyridine-ruthenium cyclodextrin derivatives and vitamins based on their fluorescence properties According to the micro level research of bipyridine-ruthenium cyclodextrin derivatives, such as fluorescence properties, quantum yield and their host-guest recognition, we chose liposoluble and water-soluble vitamins, for studying their interaction. We can find fluorescence quench of bipyridine-ruthenium cyclodextrin derivatives because of adding vitamins. Based on the phenomenon, we can know vitamin content and the stability of inclusion complexes. Thus, we provide valuable basis for improving bioavailability and effective utilization of vitamins.
