| Copolyamide (COPA) was used as adhesive in this paper. The fabrics and the film were adhered with hot-pressing after the outer layer fabrics and lining fabrics sizing. Then, the effect of the hot-compressing temperature and time, the glue point spacing and diameter, differences of the outer layer fabric materials and the middle films on the laminated fabrics were made researches by characterizing the products' peel bond strength, air permeability, moisture permeability, water permeability, warmth retention properties, antistatic performances and the bending performance, and so on. On this basis the performances of trial productions and have-bought domestic laminated fabrics were made researches together. The experiments results show that the smaller the glue point spacing or the larger the diameter, the higher the peel bond strength and rigidity, but the lower the air and moisture permeability. When the adhesive is COPA, the best hot-pressing temperature and time are 100℃and 17.5s, 100℃and 50s, 120℃and 40s, 110℃and 20s, respectively to PTFE, PU, PTFE/PU, PET laminated fabrics. In the same conditions, PET laminated fabrics have the best peel pond strength. Compared with the have-bought domestic laminated fabrics, PET and PTFE laminated fabrics show the better air and moisture permeability. The hydrostatic pressure resistance performance of the PU, PTFE/PU and PTFE laminated fabrics are fine, superior to the domestic laminated fabrics, but worse at warmth retention properties. The warmth retention and hydrostatic pressure resistance performances of PET laminated fabrics are needed to improve. At the fabric style, the trial productions have slightly rough surfaces, poor softness and fullness, but the stiffness and shape-preserving performances show better. The nylon/cotton shell fabrics which have high density and plain weave are ideal relatively. |
