Coal-fired boiler slag is produced in the combustion process of the ashes and burning coal is not completely composed of a mixture.In China, the basic characteristics of energy resources are that coal is rich, but oil and gas is less, and China is the world's largest coal producer and consumer of coal in China's large share of energy consumption, more than 60%. Coal slag also became the production of industrial solid waste in one of the largest waste. The majority of China's thermal power plants to need a lot of coal burning, burning a ton of coal every major dating generate 0.2 tons of slag, which will result in large amounts of coal slag.If coal slag was not used, it covers an area of storage, and deposition will become larger and larger. It can cause pollution not only in soil but also in water and air. On the other hand, coal slag is rich in Si, Al, Fe, C and other elements, if we can effectively use them and reduce the amount of coal slag heap, we can not only protect the environment, but also recycle waste material and produce economic benefits. It will be an important realistic meaning and far-reaching historical significance.This research project mainly introduces coal development and utilization of chemical treatment of slag, coal slag to achieve the highest rate of decompositionM M two-acid method was an environment-friendly technology for coal slag decomposition and utilization. In this paper, the effect of acid leaching concentration, dosage of HCl, leaching temperature, leaching time, diameter of coal slag and H2[SiF6] dosage on decomposition rate of coal slag was investigated. Results showed that the optimum acid leaching conditions were HCl 2.0 mol/L, mass ratio of coal slag to HCl was 1:8, acid leaching temperature of 100℃, leaching time of 1 h, coal slag diameter of 200 meshes, mass ratio of coal slag to H2[SiF6] was 1:6. Achieved the refinement of coal slag used, to change waste into recycling, to achieve the economic, environmental and social benefits of organic unity.
